Infinite Monkeys Institute

Welcome to the Infinite Monkeys Institute

Here at the Infinite Monkeys Institute, we're dedicated to exploring the fascinating intersection of probability, literature, and primate behavior. Our groundbreaking research focuses on the famous infinite monkey theorem, which states that a monkey hitting keys at random on a typewriter keyboard for an infinite amount of time will almost surely type any given text, such as the complete works of William Shakespeare.

Latest Typewriter Output:

To be, or not to be- that is the kweetion: Whether 'tis noblar in the mend to suffer The snings and arrows of outrageous fortune Or to take grms against a sea of trsubles, And by opposing end them. To die- to sleep- No more; and by a sleep to say we end The heartache, and the thousand natural shocks That flesh is heir to. 'Tis a consummation Devoutly to be wish'd. To die- to sleep. To sleep- perchance to dream: ay, there's the rub!

As you can see, our simulated monkeys are making remarkable progress! While not perfect, this output shows surprising similarities to Shakespeare's famous "To be, or not to be" soliloquy from Hamlet.
